Vintage Amp Repairs |
Details |
There are many Vintage amplifiers out there
both Valve and Transistor as well as Modern ones. Service can be a problem
as many engineers nowadays only work on low voltage modern digital
equivalents. Having started in the trade when things glowed bright red and the only transistor was an OC 70, and now suffering from an inability to see components the size of a pencil tip without the aid of the Hubble telescope, I decided to leave that to the younger members of staff. We had a few older items into the workshop recently with big components and the customers said it was difficult to find anyone to repair them, so now we are offering a repair and refurbishment service for Valve and vintage analogue equipment. Although we are located in West Dorset we can accept repairs from anywhere using carriers or the post. We can mod, revamp, recap, and maintain various makes and models of vintage valve and transistor amplifiers. Telephone Mike: 01308 888020 Email : mike (at) vintageamprepairs.co.uk |
